[Information on Transfer of Prepayment and Deposits]
The entire prepayment amount and deposits paid at the existing Onlif Plastic Surgery Clinic will be transferred as they are to Onlif Clinic. Even after the change, you can use them under the same conditions as before, and there will be no expiration or disadvantage regarding the remaining amount.

[Information on Medical Treatment and Services]
Even after the change in the medical institution name and representative, all medical treatments, services, and staff composition at Onlif Clinic will remain the same as before.
The new representative director, Dr. Kang Jun-gu, is already performing the highest number of procedures within the clinic as the chief director, and will continue to provide the same level of medical services to each and every patient after the change.
All existing staff, procedure programs, reservation, and aftercare services of Onlif will continue without interruption, and we will continue to meet the expectations of our patients with a better medical environment and services through continuous improvement.

You may exercise the following rights in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Right to refuse transfer: If you do not wish for the transfer, you can express your refusal of the transfer through the link below.
Right to request deletion: If you do not wish for your information to be retained, you can request its deletion. However, deletion of medical records that must be mandatorily preserved in accordance with the 「Medical Service Act」 may be restricted during the statutory retention period.
Right to request access/correction: You may request to access or correct the personal information currently held.
