[Onleaf Clinic] Terms of Service

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to govern and ensure compliance with the terms and procedures for using the services provided by Onleaf Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "Clinic") as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

▶ Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to govern and ensure compliance with the rights, obligations, responsibilities of the "Clinic" and its members, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the Onleaf Clinic website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") provided by Onleaf Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "Clinic"), as prescribed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, and their respective Enforcement Decrees.

▶ Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Service" refers to all services related to the website that members can use, regardless of the device implemented (including various wired or wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and mobile devices). ② "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms of Use and the use of personal information on the "Clinic" website and who uses the services provided by the "Clinic". ③ "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the "Member" and approved by the "Clinic" for the identification of the "Member" and the use of the "Service". ④ "Password" refers to a combination of letters or numbers chosen by the "Member" to confirm that they are the "Member" corresponding to the assigned ID and to protect confidentiality. ⑤ "Post" refers to writings, photos, videos, or various files and links in the form of information such as symbols, characters, voice, sound, images, and videos posted on the service by the "Member" while using the "Service".

▶ Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
① These Terms shall take effect upon publication on the website, and the "Clinic" may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws. ② When the "Clinic" amends these Terms, the date of application and the reasons for amendment shall be specified and, along with the current Terms, shall be announced in accordance with the method in Paragraph 1 from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date. ③ If a member does not agree to the application of the amended Terms, the "Clinic" cannot apply the contents of the amended Terms, and in this case, the member may terminate the use agreement. However, if there are special circumstances under which the existing Terms cannot be applied, the "Clinic" may terminate the use agreement.

▶ Article 4 (Interpretation of Terms)
Any matters not specified in these Terms or their interpretation shall be governed by relevant laws or commercial practices.

▶ Article 5 (Execution of Agreement for Use)
① Active participation in the Agreement for Use occurs when a person who wishes to become a "Member" (hereinafter "Applicant") agrees to the contents of the Terms, applies for membership, and the "Clinic" approves such application. ② In principle, the "Clinic" shall accept the application of the "Applicant" for the use of the "Service". However, the "Clinic" may refuse to accept applications or terminate the agreement after the fact in any of the following cases: 1. If the Applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms, except when they have obtained approval from the "Clinic" for re-registration. 2. If a false name or another person's name is used. 3. If false information is entered or required information presented by the "Clinic" is omitted. 4. If children under the age of 14 apply without the consent of their legal guardian (parents, etc.). 5. If approval is impossible due to reasons attributable to the user, or if the user applies in violation of other prescribed matters.

▶ Article 6 (Duty to Protect Personal Information)
The "Clinic" endeavors to protect the personal information of "Members" in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" and the "Personal Information Protection Act". The protection and use of personal information shall be governed by the relevant laws and the "Clinic's" privacy policy. However, the "Clinic's" privacy policy does not apply to linked sites other than the official site of the "Clinic".

▶ Article 7 (Notification to "Members")
① When the "Clinic" gives notice to "Members", unless otherwise specified in these Terms, it may do so via email address within the service. ② In the case of notification to all "Members", the "Clinic" may substitute the notification in Paragraph 1 by posting it on the bulletin board of the "Clinic" for 7 days or more.

▶ Article 8 (Obligations of "Members")
① "Members" shall not engage in the following acts: 1. Registering false details when applying or changing credentials. 2. Misappropriating personal details of others. 3. Modifying information posted by the "Clinic". 4. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that designated by the "Clinic". 5. Infringing the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the "Clinic" and other third parties. 6. Damaging the reputation or disrupting the business of the "Clinic" and other third parties. 7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the "Service". 8. Using the "Service" for commercial purposes without the consent of the "Clinic". 9. Other illegal or unjust acts. ② "Members" must comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, the user guide, and precautions announced in relation to the "Service", as well as matters notified by the "Clinic", and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the business of the "Clinic".

▶ Article 9 (Obligations of "Clinic")
① The "Clinic" shall not engage in actions prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and will make every effort to provide the "Service" continuously and stably. ② The "Clinic" must establish a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that "Members" can use the "Service" safely, and must publish and comply with the personal information processing policy. ③ The "Clinic" must handle opinions or complaints raised by "Members" regarding the use of the service if they are recognized as justified. The process and results of opinions or complaints raised by "Members" will be delivered to the "Member" through email or registered contact information.

▶ Article 10 (Provision and Amendment of Service)
① The "Clinic" provides the following services: 1. Booking services provided through the website. 2. Online consultation services provided through the website. 3. Medical information services provided through the website. 4. Other services determined by the "Clinic". ② In principle, the "Service" is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. ③ The "Clinic" may temporarily suspend the provision of "Services" in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown, loss of communication of information and communication facilities such as computers, or considerable operational reasons. In this case, the "Clinic" shall notify the "Member" in the manner prescribed in Article 7 [Notification to "Members"]. However, if there are unavoidable reasons that prevent the "Clinic" from giving prior notice, it may do so after the fact. ④ The "Clinic" may carry out regular inspections if necessary for the provision of services, and the regular inspection time shall follow the announcement on the service provision screen. ⑤ The "Clinic" may modify all or part of the "Services" provided in accordance with operational and technical needs if there are reasonable grounds. ⑥ The "Clinic" may modify, suspend, or change part or all of the free services due to policy and operational needs of the "Clinic", and does not provide separate compensation to "Members" unless there are special provisions in the relevant laws.

▶ Article 11 (Usage Fees of the Service)
① The service can be used free of charge by all individuals registered as "Members". ② If the "Clinic" changes the service to a paid model, the timing, policy, and cost of the charge must be announced on the service prior to the implementation.
▶ Article 12 (Medical Booking Service)
① Members may use the medical booking service through the website if they wish to do so. ② All members bear the duty of good faith in relation to pre-booked treatments. ③ The "Clinic" shall not bear civil or criminal liability for any losses that may occur during the member's medical booking service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the "Clinic".

▶ Article 13 (Online Consultation Service)
① Under no circumstances can the online consultation service replace actual medical acts such as actual treatment, diagnosis, or surgery. ② The "Clinic" makes every effort to maintain security to ensure that the consultation contents of service members are not leaked to third parties, except for the consulting doctors and service managers. However, the Clinic is not responsible for the disclosure or loss of consultation content due to the following reasons: 1. If the password is leaked due to the member's carelessness. 2. If the member uses the 'Delete Consultation' function. 3. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters. ③ The contents of the consultations conducted on the website may be used in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for the following purposes: 1. Statistical compilation, academic activities. 2. If there are special provisions in the law. 3. Use in FAQ and as basic data deemed necessary for the operation of the clinic. ④ The answers to consultations are subjective responses based on the medical knowledge of individual specialist doctors and do not represent the opinions of the "Clinic" services. ⑤ If the following consultations are requested, the consultation service may not be provided in whole or in part: 1. When the same member repeatedly applies for consultations of the same content. 2. When applying for a consultation using expressions that go against common sense. 3. When applying for a consultation asking for a diagnosis name. 4. When applying for a consultation regarding treatment costs, examination fees, medicine prices, etc. 5. When asking questions to confirm details received from other medical institutions. 6. When slandering or defaming medical institutions or specialist doctors without specific grounds.

▶ Article 14 (Medical Information Service)
① The content provided in the service is schematic and general, and is provided for informational purposes only. The information or advice provided on the service can never replace a medical diagnosis. The information or advice provided on the service is in no way intended to substitute for medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. If you have any doubts or worries about your health condition, you must visit an actual specialist doctor for a diagnosis. Under no circumstances should you ignore medical advice, or delay seeking diagnosis, advice, or treatment because of the information provided by the service. ② The "Clinic" does not recommend any specific examination, product, or therapy mentioned in the service. All personal opinions expressed in the service are the opinions of the respective authors. ③ Accepting the information of this service, opinions of specialist doctors participating in the service, or other members or visitors using the service is entirely at the user's discretion. Therefore, the "Clinic" does not assume responsibility for any damages, injuries, or other disadvantages resulting from the use of any products, information, ideas, or instructions provided to members.

▶ Article 15 (Ownership of Copyright)
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "Clinic" belong to the "Clinic". ② "Members" shall not modify, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes or make available to third parties the information obtained by using the website without the prior consent of the "Clinic".

▶ Article 16 (Management of "Posts")
① In the event the "Posts" of a "Member" contain content that violates relevant laws such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" and the "Copyright Act", the rights holder may request the suspension of publication or deletion of the "Post" in accordance with the procedures prescribed by relevant laws, and the "Clinic" must take action in accordance with relevant laws. ② Even if there is no request from the rights holder in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the "Clinic" may take temporary measures, etc., regarding the "Post" in accordance with policies and relevant laws if there are reasons to believe that rights infringement occurred or if it violates other "Clinic" policies and relevant laws.

▶ Article 17 (Rescission, Termination of Agreement, etc.)
① "Members" may apply for termination of the user agreement at any time through the information management menu on the initial screen of the service, and the "Clinic" must process this immediately in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. ② When a "Member" terminates the agreement, all data of the "Member" will be destroyed immediately upon termination, except when the "Clinic" retains the member's information in accordance with relevant laws and the personal information processing policy. ③ When a "Member" terminates the agreement, "Posts" written by the "Member", or "Posts" re-posted by others or registered on public bulletin boards, will not be deleted, so please delete them before withdrawing. ④ If a "Member" engages in acts fall under the following, the "Clinic" may terminate the user agreement or suspend the service use for a specified period without prior notice: 1. Actions contrary to public order and morals. 2. Involvement in criminal acts. 3. Planning or executing service use with the intent to harm national interests or public interest. 4. Misappropriation of another person's ID and password. 5. Actions that damage another person's reputation or cause disadvantages. 6. Double registration by the same user with different IDs. 7. Undermining healthy usage, such as harming the service. 8. Violation of other relevant laws or usage conditions set by the clinic.

▶ Article 18 (Limitation of Liability)
① If the "Clinic" is unable to provide "Services" due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure, it shall be exempt from responsibility regarding the provision of "Services". ② The "Clinic" shall not be responsible for any obstacles in using the "Service" caused by reasons attributable to "Members". ③ The "Clinic" does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by "Members" in relation to the "Service". ④ The "Clinic" is exempt from liability for transactions made through the "Service" between "Members" or between "Members" and third parties. ⑤ The "Clinic" shall not be held liable in connection with the use of services provided free of charge, unless there are special provisions in the relevant laws.

▶ Article 19 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
① Except as provided in these Terms of Use, any disputes regarding various issues concerning the use of services shall be resolved through mutual agreement as much as possible. ② If a lawsuit is filed in relation to a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the "Clinic" shall be the competent court.

[Addendum]
① These Terms apply from January 1, 2020. ② The previous Terms, which were in effect from January 1, 2020, are replaced by these Terms.
